Karen has a natural affinity with end-to-end processes and delivering sustainable improvement. She has vast experience across many sectors:

• various structures (NZX, PE, JV, Private)

Karen is renowned for her unique skillset to quickly understand the operations behind the numbers, analyze the past, normalize, then project forward with meaningful sensitives and down to earth commentary. 

M&A and business restructuring are often considered an art form. 

Karen’s senior career with some large organizations has provided her the privilege of working alongside many of the premium NZ advisory firms absorbing the best the market has to offer. 

Karen would now like to finally share her wealth of learnings as there would be few who could claim they have driven as many successful transactions and transformations.  

Lattis plans to even the playing field and use in-house expertise to support smart business operators heading into the unfamiliar  territory of selling what they have so proudly built.
